Tutorial Video
In this tutorial video, I want to show you how you can create a two tone layered paint look for an authentic aged patina.
You can also use this method over stained wood furniture pieces, for example, just like I showed you in this blog post on this rustic washed farmhouse look on this storage box:
In this video I use an already painted piece of sample wood to show you how you can layer an aged look with a couple of colours, using either a wax puck like Miss Mustard Seed’s Milk Paint wax puck here …
Or by using Hemp Oil (MMSMP) …
Here is my tutorial video, so that you can see in a practical way, how I use both of these products to create what we call “resist” in order to get a great layered paint effect on your piece of furniture:
